CASMIR ANYANWU
He obtained a B.Sc Degree in Estate Management from the Abia State University, Uturu, Nigeria in 1993. He carried out his National Youth Service Programme (NYSC) with the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin as an assistant lecturer in the Department of Estate Management of the Institution. He joined the firm of Ubosi Eleh + Co., Estate Surveyors and Valuers in 1995 and resigned as the Manager of the Head Office in December, 2003.
He is a Fellow of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS) and a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV). He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants (FNIMC). He is a consultant on Valuation and Real Estate Services to some Commercial Banks, Mortgage Banks and some public Institutions.
DOROTHY N. ANYANWU
She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Estate Management from the Abia State University, Uturu, Nigeria in 2001; she carried out her National Youth Service Programme (NYSC) with the Estate Department of the Nigerian Ports Authority between 2002 and 2003. She was attached to the firm of Knight Frank (Nig.) a firm of Estate Surveyors + Valuers as an industrial trainee for six months in year 2000. She joined Cassy Anyanwu + Co in 2004.
OKWARA I. CHRISTIAN :
He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Estate Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State in 2007; he carried out his National Youth Service Programme (NYSC) with the Ogun State Ministry of Housing (Estate Department) between 2008-2009. He was attached to the firm of Cassy Anyanwu + Co., a firm of Estate Surveyors + Valuers as Industrial Trainee for Six months in year 2005. He joined Cassy Anyanwu & Company in August, 2009 as an Estate Surveyor.
He is a probationer member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) He is also Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered)NIM.
OLAWALE Y. FUNKE:
She obtained her Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State in 2018; she carried out the mandatory National Youth Service Programme (NYSC) with the firm of Oduntan Adebowale & Co, Barristers and a Legal Consultants in Ikeja, Lagos State as an Estate Officer between 2019 & 2020. Before proceeding for her Higher National Diploma, she worked with Victor Okpeva and Co, a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers between November 2010 to December 2012.
She obtained a professional certificate in Project Management (British Project Management Academy) in 2020. She joined the firm of Cassy Anyanwu & Company, Estate Surveyors and Valuers in January 2021 as the head of department of Estate Agency and Sales
